Start a new Muscatine Easter tradition with your family and join us for Easter in the Grand Ballroom at the Merrill with sweeping views of the Mississippi River! We will be preparing a decadent Easter Brunch menu for the whole family to enjoy featuring traditional breakfast favorites, Pan Seared Chicken Breast and Slow Braised Beef Short Ribs entrees as well as Pit Ham on the carving station! Kids can choose from several Little Hoppers selections and the whole family will indulge in decadent desserts! Bring your camera because the Easter Bunny will be on hand for photos!
